This is an experimental decaf we recently got from our friends at De La Finca and are very excited to share with all you that want to sip a fine coffee too closely to bedtime.
De La Finca sourced this honey process coffee from a collective of small producers they know in the Marcala region of Honduras. They then sent it to Descamex in Mexico where they decaffeinated the coffee with pure water from Pico de Orizaba (an inactive stratovolcano) using a water saturation process that removes caffeine without the use of chemicals.
