Why Aerís

Small batch. Clear sourcing. No theater.

We keep the menu tight so every bag earns its spot — and so you know what you’re drinking.

01

Roasted to order

Beans move when you order them. Better for the cup, better for the farm story in the bag.

02

Named lots

Cloza, Puka, Estrellas, Dur Feres — real origins and processes, not anonymous house-blend fog.

03

Built for home bars

Whether you’re brewing filter or dialing milk drinks, the menu is picked for clarity and balance.

The roastery

Two brothers. One small roastery. East Central South Dakota.

Shawn and Brandon Ensz started Aerís to put serious specialty coffee within reach — roasted carefully, labeled honestly, and shipped from Iroquois without the big-city markup theater.

Brew it fresh

Filter, espresso, milk drinks — start medium and adjust to your water and grinder.
